Perusina, Perusino, Tupac and the Secret of Thunder Mountain
It was an exciting morning in the land of the Incas, and Perusina, Perusino and Tupac were ready for a new adventure. This time they heard about a mysterious place deep in the mountains - Thunder Mountain. Legend said that a mystical bird lived there that controlled thunder. No one had ever gotten close enough to see the bird because the mountains were full of traps and surprises. But the three friends wanted to solve the mystery.
The ascent begins
They set off for Thunder Mountain, and after a while they realized that this was not going to be an easy walk. The path was steep and there were strong winds that tried to throw the friends off balance.
"Watch where you step!" Tupac shouted as he pushed a large branch aside. "The path is dangerous!"
Suddenly they heard a loud noise - **kra-kraaa**! A huge eagle flew close over their heads. "Oh no! That must be the guardian of Thunder Mountain!" said Perusina, ducking. The eagle flew back and circled above them.
"We have to hurry before he discovers us!" shouted Perusino. "Run!"
The friends ran along the path and the eagle's roar grew louder. They hid behind large rocks and hardly dared to breathe while the eagle circled around them, searching.
"Phew, I think he's gone," Tupac finally whispered. "Let's keep going, but quietly."
The moving debris
After a while they came to a narrow mountain pass covered with rubble. "We have to be careful," said Perusina. "It looks like any wrong step here could cause the rubble to slide."
"I'll go first," Tupac said bravely. He carefully placed one foot in front of the other. But suddenly a stone slipped under his foot and the rubble began to slide!
“Watch out!” Perusino shouted. “Hold on tight!”
The three clung to the rocks as the stones rolled down beneath them. There was a rumbling and crashing noise and the ground shook. "Stay calm!" Tupac shouted. They waited until the rubble had settled. Then they carefully climbed over the stones that were still loose.
"It was close," said Perusina, taking a deep breath. "But we did it!"
The Roaring Waterfall
After crossing the mountain pass, they suddenly heard a loud, thunderous sound - a huge waterfall was tumbling down in front of them. The water was splashing in all directions and the path led right along the edge.
"We have to get over there!" said Tupac. "But the path is so narrow that we can't just walk."
"Maybe there's a bridge?" Perusina suggested, looking around. But there was no bridge, just an old tree trunk hanging half over the waterfall.
"We can use the log!" Perusino shouted. "I'll go first to see if it's safe."
Perusino carefully balanced on the tree trunk. The water rushed loudly beneath him and the tree trunk swayed slightly. But Perusino made it safely to the other side. "Come on, you can do it too!" he called encouragingly.
Tupac and Perusina followed him, one after the other, and finally everyone was safely on the other side of the waterfall. "We made it!" said Tupac with a smile. "Now we're almost at the top!"
The Secret of Thunder Mountain
Eventually they reached the top of Thunder Mountain, and there they saw something incredible: **a huge bird with magnificent, sparkling feathers**. It sat on a ledge and spread its wings, which produced the thunder they had heard.
“That’s the Thunderbird!” Tupac whispered in awe.
The bird looked at the children, but instead of scaring them away, he nodded to them. Suddenly a golden feather appeared in his beak and he placed it in front of the three friends. It was as if he wanted to reward them for their bravery.
“He’s giving us a feather!” Perusina exclaimed enthusiastically. “It’s a great honor!”
Perusino carefully took the feather in his hand. It was as light as a cloud and shimmered in the sunlight. "This feather will always remind us that we can face any challenge as long as we stick together," he said.
The thunderbird then rose into the air with a loud flap of its wings, and the three friends watched it until it disappeared behind the clouds.
The descent
With the golden feather in hand, the children carefully made their way down the mountain. They knew that the adventure was not over, but they had learned something important: they could defy any danger as long as they trusted each other and worked together.
“What an incredible adventure!” said Perusina as they reached the foot of the mountain.
"And the best part is that we got through it together," Tupac added. "I'm glad we're friends."
"Me too," said Perusino. "Now we can rest and soon experience the next adventure - because we are always ready!"
With a smile, the three friends set off back home, and the golden feather shimmered in the last light of the day as it lay in Perusino's pocket - a reminder of Thunder Mountain and their shared strength.
