The turn of the year brought a special start to the new year for our group. After weeks in Piura, the move to the Peruvian capital was on the agenda at the beginning of January. On January 1st, we set off with the bus company Oltursa – a night bus with beds, ideal for longer journeys and comfortable enough to get some sleep.
After a long flight, we finally arrive in Lima, Peru - the first stop on a two-month journey. Immediately after landing, you notice that the clocks tick differently here. While in Germany, you first have to relax after arriving, in Lima, things get going straight away. Family, friends and acquaintances are ready to greet us.
