To protect the alpaca fibers and the shape of the hat, careful hand washing at a maximum of 30°C is recommended. Use a suitable wool detergent and move the hat gently in the water. Avoid vigorous rubbing, wringing, and spinning. After washing, carefully press out excess water, reshape, and lay flat to air dry. Do not tumble dry.
