The new Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima continues to expand its role as Peru's most important air traffic hub. Following the completion of construction phase 1B, additional terminal areas, departure lounges, baggage facilities, and security checkpoints have been put into operation.
More Capacity for International Travel
The new terminal covers approximately 272,000 square meters and is designed for up to 40 million passengers per year. The expanded facilities are intended to improve operations and better handle the growing number of national and international passengers.

The airport connects Lima with numerous national and international destinations. Additional routes and increased frequencies strengthen Peru's connection to Europe, North America, the Caribbean, and other destinations in South America.
