Peruso explains: Birthday chaos and travel plans
"So, guys, imagine this: I'm 6 years old now! Yes, that's right - a whole year older, but still just as smart and wild as before. My birthday party was awesome! There was a huge cake - I mean, soooo big that I thought I could take it with me to Peru as a backpack. But well, it was gone faster than I could say 'llama'." 🦙🎂
He shrugs his shoulders and grins. "Now we continue with the travel planning. Dad is
totally relaxed - he thinks everything will fit in the suitcase somehow. But mom? Ohhh, mom is stressed! She says things like 'Where are the vaccination records?' or 'Why is there a stuffed animal in the fridge?' Well, who knows how they got there..." He winks cheekily.
"Dad also gave a lecture about altitude sickness yesterday. 'Drink lots of water, Peruso!' he said. I replied: 'I prefer to drink juice, it tastes better.'" 🍹
He pauses dramatically. "But you know what's the hardest part? Mom tries to get me to take less. She says, 'Peruso, we're only going for two months, not forever!' And I'm like, 'Yeah, but what if I need EVERYTHING?' You can't just leave things at home, can you?"
He puts his hands on his hips. "It doesn't matter, I'm still packing my spy book, my super action figure and of course my llama stuffed animal. You never know if you're on a secret mission in Peru. And Mom will calm down as soon as we take off. For... er, how long? Dad says the plane won't wait. But I say it's better to wait if I'm not ready yet!"
At the end he laughs mischievously: "I'm excited to see what happens next. But one thing is for sure: Mom will definitely have a few grey hairs before we even take off. And me? I'll just carry on as if it were all great fun!" 😜
